Shipping Instructions

Follow these simple guidelines to prevent any further damage to your computer's hard drive:

1. Wrap the hard drive in anti-static bubble wrap, anti-static foam or an anti-static bag.
2. Place the wrapped hard drive in a box at least twice the size of the hard drive which has sufficient room for the media plus the additional packing material required to prevent movement during shipment.
3. Include a copy of your email receipt in the box which identifies your unique Project Identification Number assigned to your recovery. If you can't locate your Project Identification Number, but have already purchased your data recovery service online please call 1.800.551.3917 and a CBL Client Service Representative will access your case file.
4. Retain a copy of the tracking number for future reference.
