Steps to Recovery

2. Ship your hard drive to CBL. Include the Project Identification Number assigned to your recovery. Upon our receipt of your hard drive, you will be contacted by a CBL Client Service Representative.
3. CBL engineers will recover your data and return it to you on an external hard drive.

If the data on your hard drive is unrecoverable, your pre-approved data recovery purchase is not charged to your credit card. You only pay for results!
