OGID Institute of Japan Turns to CBL Data Recovery To Train Technologists On Latest Data Recovery Advances

TORONTO – March 6, 2013 – CBL Data Recovery Technologies Inc. (CBL) (www.cbldatarecovery.com), the world’s most trusted name in emergency data recovery services, recently put competition aside to train one of its global competitors on the latest proprietary advances in data recovery techniques to bolster its overall future business.

OGID Institute of Tokyo, Japan recently sent his brightest and finest technologists to CBL’s Markham laboratory for a week of training. “In spite of our best efforts and millions of dollars invested in Russian technology, our past methods have proved unsuccessful – generating a meager 35 per cent overall data recovery rate,” says OGID’s Senior Managing Director, Makoto Noguchi. “Out of sheer frustration we finally decided to turn to one of our global competitors, CBL to teach us about their ‘secret sauce’ to improve our recovery success rates.”

“We have been reaching out to other labs around the world for more than three years, attempting to learn the skills necessary to improve our recovery rates,” adds Noguchi. “It wasn’t until late last year when we approached CBL that we knew we made the right choice.
After understanding and learning about CBL’s proprietary technology, techniques and specialized processes, we were able to instantly improve our recovery rates to 60 per cent.”

Says CBL’s President Bill Margeson, “CBL is well known world wide for training government agencies like the Singapore Ministry of Home Affairs, Ontario Centre for Forensic Science and others we can’t mention. Now that OGID is emulating CBL’s technical culture, we hope that they will cultivate the necessary craftsmanship and skill sets to improve their data recovery rates beyond the 60 per cent mark.”

“To be truly successful in the future, we understand it will take time, diligence and a lot of hard work,” adds Noguchi. “But thanks to the intellectual transfer agreement signed with CBL, we now know what we have to do to become a world class data recovery firm.”

CBL is a pioneer in laboratory level data recovery services and has 20 years experience in retrieving information from any digital media, such as RAID, NAS, SAN, hard drives, tapes, optical and SSDs.
