burnt server, an example of an extreme data loss situation we work on from time to time

When your home or office gets caught in a fire computers definitely feel the heat. As temperatures rise the exterior of a machine as well as the interior components experience burning, melting and corrosion of electronic parts. The contamination of metal and plastic sure leaves a mess.

We receive projects that look mostly like charred pieces of garbage left untouched by their unfortunate owners. First step is getting to the data storage in the computers (note the hammer in the photo). Once the hard drives are located, we can start to get our hands really dirty by evaluating the state of the hard disks (but it’s the kind of dirty we love, so it’s ok).

This is an example of an extreme data loss situation we work on from time to time. Recovering data from burnt servers, flood damaged computers and natural disasters is all part of what the CBL data recovery labs do for customers all the time.
